Nails Inc & Victoria Beckham Bamboo White - The Perfect Not Quite White Nail Polish

I never really liked black or white nail polishes, but I always liked dark polishes that looked almost black or nude mannequin nails. But when I saw bamboo white, one of the two limited edition colors that Nails Inc. and Victoria Beckham came out with, I knew I might have found my perfect "almost white" polish. At $25 per bottle, it was not cheap, but the color was so gorgeous that I knew I had to have it. Plus, the bottle is so sleek!

As you can see, the polish is white with a slightly nearly there pink. When compared to OPI's Samoan Sand (above), it definitely is a cool white with blue undertones rather than peach with pink undertones. The brush is wide which is great because it picks up the polish and is able to cover the nail in less strokes. I got full opacity in 3 coats. Nails Inc formulated this polish with "stretch to fit" technology which means the polish evens itself out. That's sort of true, as I did see that the polish didn't tend to run off the side of the nail like other polishes do. However, I still had to do that third coat in order to get an even opaque nail.

With buffing my nails, a base coat, and Seche Vite as my top coat, my manicure lasted a full four days without chipping. It would've lasted longer, but the topcoat was getting dull so I wanted to wear a different color. In conclusion, it's a gorgeous color, and I can even imagine somebody wearing this shade for their wedding!
