The New Neutral - Current Favorite Pink Lipsticks

Although I do love me a sultry red lip, the upkeep is sometimes tiring and annoying throughout the day. So, a perfect rosy pink natural looking neutral lip has been my go lip look recently. Because the weather and my mood (re: how much effort I want to put in ensuring my lips look proper throughout the day) affects what type of lip product I gravitate towards, I like to have an array of lip products to choose from that differ in finish.

Tom Ford Collin
Collin is a lovely natural pink with subtle shimmer particles in it. Feels super luxurious on the lips, and the packaging is just divine. It feels like a real treat every time I wear this lipstick.

Dior Addict Fluid Stick in Ciel Rose
For a lipgloss like product, it stays pretty long on my lips. I love the finish of this gloss because while it is glossy, it stays on like a lacquer.

Bite Beauty Lip Crayon in Torte
This was part of the Bite Beauty Rewind set that was gifted to me by my cousin this past Christmas. One of my favorite shades is Torte which looks like the crayon version of Ciel Rose on my lips. It's matte, but not ultra matte and it's surprisingly hydrating. Unfortunately, it was probably limited edition and only available as part of the set.

Lancome Rouge in Love in Rose Tea
This is the most neutral looking shade among all the lip products featured. I use this when I am trying to achieve a no makeup makeup look, or if I want the attention drawn to somewhere else on my face such as my eyes.

Revlon Lip Butter in Berry Smoothie
An oldie but a goodie. I was obsessed with the Lip Butters when they first came out (who wasn't?) and one of my favorite shades is Berry Smoothie.

This stuff smells so delicious - like cherry candies. I sometimes layer this over another fairly similar lip shade in order to give my lips more dimension. Not the longest lasting, but it's so affordable that you can easily replace it with a new tube!
