Loving Lately - Summer Nude & Neutral Nail Polishes

I've been loving going nude lately for the summer - on my nails that is! Despite having accumulated a healthy amount of nude/neutral polishes, I still haven't found my perfect nude polish. Still, I'm loving the ones I currently have to choose from, and have been loving a nude/neutral manicure for the hot summer months. Click through to see some of my go to nude/neutral polishes!

On the left is Samoan Sand by OPI. This shade was probably the first shade that got me really into nude polishes (before I had really been into more vamp dark polishes). It's a great lighter nude shade, but it also requires around 3 total coats to be totally opaque which can be annoying. On the right is Tickle My France-y which has a lot more purple/pink in it than Samoan Sand. I've seen this color be more nude on others when I've seen it swatched online, but on me it comes off more purple.

I have a couple more polishes by Zoya, but I wear Amanda much more than my other polishes by Zoya. It is a nude that has slightly more brown tones in it, and when worn on me it is slightly darker than my skintone but it is definitely more neutral than OPI's Tickle My France-y. I surprisingly get more compliments on my manicure when I'm wearing Amanda.

Next are two polishes by Essie. On the left is Topless and Barefoot which reads on camera as a nude that has equal amounts of pink and brown in it, but it actually wears as a light baby pink on my nails. I won't lie but I was slightly disappointed that it becomes a baby pink my my nails rather than a more neutral nude. Still, I find myself reaching for it when I'm in the mood for a lighter nude polish. On the right is Ladylike which is similar to Tickle My France-y, but more purple and slightly lighter in shade. I really adore this shade, it's the perfect neutral that looks like a lovely powder purple depending on the lighting.

Lastly there is Bamboo White by Nails Inc when they collaborated with Victoria Beckham. This particular shade is almost white, but not quite. It has the tiniest bit of pink in it. The tiny bit of pink in it makes it really flattering and I totally see this being worn by some brides on their wedding day! Plus, the bottle is just so chic and substantial! See it reviewed and swatched in full here.
