Sephora VIB Spring 2017 Event Haul

The Sephora Spring 2017 VIB event just passed and of course as per usual I made a couple purchases. Most of these purchases are new and some have been on my wishlist or to try list for a while. Unfortunately this wasn't my entire haul as I already returned one item (a Tom Ford lipstick! I already had a shade similar to it though so back it went) and I'm also planning to already return another purchase due to it not working well with my skin.

For skincare products I got the Squalene Antioxidant Cleansing Oil by Biossance. Biossance is a new brand that Sephora has only recently started to carry, but I've heard great things about their Squalene Oil as well as their Vitamin C and Rose Oil. Plus, the brand was born in Berkeley, California, which is my college alma mater! The Aqua Bomb by Belif is a repurchase, and with warm weather already upon NYC, I've already been using it as my day time moisturizer. The Cleansing Milk by Lancome was something I've always wanted to try. Therefore it's kind of a bummer that it doesn't work well with my skin. I've used it around three times now, and everytime it burns the area around my nose. So weird, since this is supposed to be for dry sensitive skin. Hence, this will be going back to Sephora.

I've had my Clarisonic Mia for a couple years now, but the whole replacing the brush head thing always annoyed me. Plus, it's probably not the most hygienic either. So enter the Foreo Luna Mini 2, a silicone facial brush that doesn't require any brush head replacement and is made entirely out of silicone which also takes care of the hygienic factor. It's much more gentle than the Clarisonic and I think it's going to be a great addition to my skincare routine.

Isn't this adorable!? I love the strawberries and the lips. If you know me I'm such a sucker for travel bags and I couldn't resist getting this. It's bigger than I expected, and it has a ton of compartments and it's spill proof as it's made out of coated canvas. A big plus is that it also has a specific place for your makeup brushes which most travel makeup bags lack. Check it out on Sephora here.

Last but not least, I've been using the NARS creamy radiant concealer ever since they launched it, but their newest concealer launch is the Soft Matte Concealer in a pot. It was super easy to know which shade was mine because they use the same shade names as the radiant creamy concealer. As you can see I've already dug into mine and I'm in love! Full review and comparisons with the radiant creamy concealer to come soon.
